A hardworking and energetic staff is needed to join our street food BBQ team. We are located at Peckham, South East London. Punctuality is important as you will be required to setup, prepare, clean and serve customers at our busy street food stall at Peckham during weekdays and weekends. You must be ready and willing to learn, take instructions and multitask. Training will be provided. When busy, its a fast pace environment that you must be willing to adapt and adjust to be efficient and productive. You must maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Good communication and teamwork is essential.

Sous Chef - LARDO & Feral Hackney & Peckham | Immediate start MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH PIZZA & DOUGH MANAGEMENT We’re looking for a capable, organised Sous Chef to work across LARDO in Hackney and Feral at John the Unicorn in Peckham. This is a hands-on role for someone who cooks well, leads confidently through a busy service and keeps a kitchen running properly. You’ll split your time between the two sites, working closely with the team to maintain food quality, organise prep and keep day-to-day operations under control. You need to be a calm, friendly operator with strong people skills. The role • Lead service, maintaining consistency, timing and quality., • Manage stock, ordering, deliveries and stock rotation., • Control waste, monitor portions and keep food costs in check., • Organise prep and help coordinate the kitchen team., • Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards. Take responsibility for kitchen operations and resolve problems as they arise. About you You’ll have experience as a Sous Chef. You’ll be calm under pressure, clear with your team and comfortable taking responsibility. You must be able to work across both Hackney and Peckham and be available for an immediate start.
