As a chef you'll support the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, cleaning and maintaining high standards of food quality and regular hygiene. Duties/ Key responsibilities • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation, • Cook and assemble food to Milagros standards, • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth serving operations and exceptional guest experiences, • Ensuring that you leave the kitchen prepped at all times, ready for when staff change over, • Support other members of the kitchen team when required, • Minimise food waste and use ingredients responsibility, • Help with stock rotation and checking deliveries, • Keep the kitchen, equipment and preparations areas clean and organised, • Able to work efficiently during busy periods and prepare food quickly to minimise wait time.

What we are looking for • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie., • Proven charcoal-grill experience is essential., • Experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant kitchen., • A strong understanding of meat cookery and steak temperatures., • The ability to remain organised and perform effectively under pressure., • Reliability, punctuality and professionalism., • Strong communication and teamwork skills., • Passion for quality ingredients and consistent execution., • A positive attitude and willingness to develop within the kitchen team. This position requires genuine grill experience. Candidates with previous charcoal-grill experience will be strongly preferred.
