Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager for Technology to support our Group Procurement function in delivering an operationally excellent procurement service. As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will develop key sourcing strategies and overarching procurement strategies for the Group. The ideal candidate will be MCIPS qualified or working towards this qualification with demonstrable category management experience of large value contracts in the public sector. You will have a strong commercial and legally compliant approach and have a successful track record in delivering outstanding value. You will report into the Head of Procurement and manage a team of Procurement and Category Managers in delivering both strategic category strategies and day to day procurement activities. Experience of playing a key role in the implementation of a Procurement Source to Pay system would be beneficial as this will be a major project for Group Procurement in the next 18 months. Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrable experience of procuring in compliance with Public Procurement Regulations Experience of delivering high value, innovative procurement solutions Ability to motivate team members to optimum performance levels Commercial and financial acumen and an ability to articulate procurement strategies and benefits Excellent communication and persuasion skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders Experience of IT procurement is essential If you are interested in this role and have the experience required, then apply without delay! A web designer is responsible for creating the design and layout of a website or web pages. who specialize in creating new websites' structures and the code that forms these, web designers tend to focus on the visual aspects of a site, such as its layout and its usability. Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our website. Web developer responsibilities include building our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function. Roles & Responsibilities: • Taking a key role in the design and layout of a website • Creating Photoshop Design File (PSDs) for visual layout of web pages and converting designs into HTML and CSS • Working with other teams to meet company-wide targets • Using web content management systems • Implementing and maintaining high quality SEO policies and incorporating them with web content • Reporting to senior management or clients • Collecting and analysing data on website usage to improve performance • Responding to reports of technical problems and working with the team to fix them quickly • Liaising with Copywriters, Graphic Designers and Developers to ensure that tasks are completed on time Skills Required: • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with business stakeholders and other technologists. • Functional knowledge and coding experience • Basic knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) • The ability to multitask within the budgets and time constraints set by the company. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • An understanding of development approaches and methods • Knowledge of mobile applications, computer operating systems and web browsers
