Our services include domestic cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, short-let/Airbnb cleaning and commercial cleaning. The Role We are looking for reliable, hardworking and detail-focused cleaners to join the Elite Cleaning Co. team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services in clients’ homes and commercial premises while representing the company professionally and respectfully. The role may involve working independently or alongside another cleaner depending on the size and type of job. Key Responsibilities • Carry out domestic and commercial cleaning to Elite Cleaning Co. standards, • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and communal spaces, • Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors, • Clean and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas, • Clean mirrors, glass and internal fixtures, • Complete deep-cleaning and end-of-tenancy tasks when required, • Follow individual client cleaning instructions and checklists, • Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly, • Take care when working around clients’ belongings, furniture and equipment, • Report damage, maintenance concerns or problems promptly, • Ensure all agreed tasks are completed before leaving the property, • Maintain professional, polite and respectful communication with clients, • Arrive at jobs on time and notify management promptly of any delays or issues, • Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy at all times What We’re Looking For You should be: • Reliable and punctual, • Hardworking and self-motivated, • Honest and trustworthy, • Friendly and professional, • Comfortable working independently, • Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists, • Detail-focused and committed to high standards, • Physically able to carry out cleaning duties, including bending, reaching and standing for extended periods, • Willing to travel between client locations within Milton Keynes and surrounding areas Previous professional cleaning experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
