    We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Milton Keynes. Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it's important we find the right Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen. ++Salary offer of up to £42,400++ ++is made up of an hourly base of £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.++ Who and what is Pho? The Role We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy Milton Keynes operation. This is a hands-on role, working with high-value catering equipment in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, care, and attention to detail really matter. Our approach is rooted in the PACE model and a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework, supported by specialist psychological input. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can heal, grow, and achieve positive outcomes. The Role We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and effective leadership of the staff team. Key Responsibilities • Support the Registered Manager in the operational management of the home, • Lead, motivate, and support the residential staff team, • Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and daily records are maintained to a high standard, • Promote safeguarding and ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and Ofsted requirements, • Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to staff, • Support the implementation of therapeutic and trauma-informed practice, • Work collaboratively with professionals, families, and external agencies, • Act as the Manager in their absence, including on-call responsibilities About You You will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people and confident in leading a team within a residential care setting.
