Its diverse client base includes leading master developers, blue-chip companies, landowners, Government bodies, and local authorities. Projects cover a broad geographical spread and a wide variety of planning challenges. Role Overview Chartered planners with relevant experience in either the private or public sector, possessing demonstrable and transferable skills in the following areas: • Preparation and negotiation of development proposals, particularly residential-led and/or commercial/mixed-use planning applications., • Guiding strategy for complex, large-scale, multi-disciplinary development projects (residential, mixed-use, commercial), including EIA work, with support from Project Directors., • Negotiating planning permissions, conditions, and Section 106 agreements., • Overseeing the implementation of development projects., • Contributing to policy and plan-making activities., • Shaping promotion strategies for development projects.
