I am currently looking for a barback for a newly opened bar. It's a high end experiential cocktail bar focused around Rum & Cocktails. Implementing and refining a experimental menu that has a large base of bespoke glassware, and concepts. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Will be in charge for all the prep. -Location: 60sec from Oxford Circus station.

Must have a min of 3 years experience with high end and high volume venues.
