We are looking for experienced cocktail bartender for a part time position. Up to 15 to 24 hours per week You must have at least 1 years experience. You must be able to make classic cocktails from memory. You will be tested on a number of recipes before you start. Immediate start. Must be fluent in English. Shift pattern is Mainly Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights £15.00 to £16.00 ph depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bartender looking for a new role in an award winning, critically acclaimed group. The Restaurant Inspired by the army mess bars of India, where military regiments go to eat, drink and socialise, Brigadiers accommodates 140 covers internally with a further 60 on an outdoor terrace. Encouraging socialising and camaraderie, live sport is shown in selected rooms, whilst pool and classic card games is offered for those who wish to play while they eat and drink. The food offering focuses on different methods of Indian barbecue, utilising tandoors, charcoal grills, rotisseries, wood ovens and classic Indian smokers. The drinks offering marries together the food and social spirit of the restaurant with beer, an extensive whiskey selection and a mix cocktails on tap, large serves and our own takes on classics. The Position The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. The Successful Bartender will have: Prior experience as a Bartender within a high-quality restaurant or bar; Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in; A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail; Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn; The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group; Beer and whisky will be at the heart of the drinks menu, with a seasonal changing list of beers on tap and a carefully curated global whisky list.
