You make sure the space stays clean, organised and safe, and support the chefs so they can focus on creating incredible food. You also play an important role in the kitchen’s culture - being a positive presence, communicating well, and helping the team work smoothly together. This role is a core pillar of consistency and craft within the BAO kitchen. As Chef de Partie, you run your section with care and precision. You deliver consistent food, keep your station organised, and work as part of a close team, supporting Commis chefs and taking direction from your Senior CDP, Sous Chef and Head Chef. You bring calmness, discipline and kindness to the kitchen, especially when service is busy. You play a key role in protecting BAO's flavours, textures, recipes and high standards, and you are building the skills and habits to grow into a Senior Chef de Partie. 🔹 Purpose of the Role To take responsibility for a section and run it with structure, care and consistency.
