Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment on-site
Support tradespeople by preparing work areas and handling basic tasks as directed
Carry out manual labour such as digging, lifting and carrying
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by clearing debris and organising tools
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure compliance across all activities
Assist with site logistics including moving materials around the site efficiently
Support the setup and dismantling of scaffolding or temporary structures when required
Qualifications
Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Good physical fitness with the ability to perform strenuous tasks over extended periods
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
Valid UK driving licence is Mandatory
