**Job description** We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee and streamline our customer service operations. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. With core skills in computer proficiency, administrative expertise, and phone etiquette, you will oversee a team dedicated to delivering top-notch service. This role involves engaging with customers, managing invoicing, coordinating with contractors and third parties, and handling day-to-day office administration tasks.
