Recruitment Delivery Consultant Location: Redhill (Hybrid) Company: CBSbutler CBSbutler is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our established and growing Business Support team. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions to our clients across Business Support. Within this area we provide HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations and Administrative recruitment solutions across sectors such as Engineering, Technology, Defence and Aviation and Financial and Professional Services The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to identifying exceptional talent while supporting both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Resourcing • Source and engage high-calibre candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, talent pipelines and industry groups, • Conduct thorough screening through telephone and video interviews (MS Teams/Zoom) to assess candidate suitability, • Build, manage and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates within in-demand technical disciplines, • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all candidate activity within the CRM system (Bullhorn), • Prepare and post job descriptions, advertisements and supporting recruitment materials as required Client Lead Generation • Identify potential new business opportunities through candidate qualification calls, reference checks and market research, • Support the sales team by sharing insights on client needs, market movements and potential opportunities, • Leverage industry knowledge to help position CBSbutler as a trusted and preferred recruitment partner Relationship Management • Develop and maintain professional, positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, • Partner effectively with internal recruiters, delivery consultants and account managers to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery, • Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, professionalism and timely updates Market Research & Reporting • Track, measure and report on KPIs related to candidate sourcing, delivery and lead generation activities, • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging skills to support strategic decision-making, • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies Requirements • Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred, particularly with exposure to candidate sourcing., • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, job boards and professional networks, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates at all levels, • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, • Proactive, results-driven and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, • A strong customer-service mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work What We Offer • Competitive salary and commission structure, • A highly supportive, competitive and fun environment, • Clear opportunities for progression and professional development, • Comprehensive training and ongoing support, • A collaborative and supportive team environment, • The opportunity to work across some of the UK’s most exciting markets with a wide range of clients.
