Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Warmly greet patients upon arrival, manage the check-in and check-out process, and address any queries or concerns they may have. Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed. Ensure the appointment book is managed efficiently to maximize the productivity of the dental team. Vidadent Dental Clinic is looking for a bilingual Trainee Dental Nurse. Shifts are to be negotiated, but please be available to work weekdays and on Saturdays. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a diverse team and learn a wide range of skills in our practice. Please note the applicant is REQUIRED to speak English, Russian and Romanian languages due to the type of patients we often receive. Please note you must also be enrolled/willing to enroll on a Dental Nurse course in a college in order to work with us - if you need help finding this we can help you. The work can be full-time or part time per contract basis. Previous experience is not necessary as we will teach you everything you need to know, our only requirement is the languages above must be spoken at a good level and be enrolled on a dental course to become a dental nurse. If you do not have this requirement, please do not apply. Good IT skills are necessary. The only other thing we ask of you, is to be ready to learn and put in the effort into the job. You will start immediately and be mentored as you work, as we believe this is the best way to learn.
