As part of an experienced operations and administration team, you’ll be selling a service that helps businesses maintain a safe and clean environment for staff, visitors, and clients. What’s on Offer? • Salary: £35,000, • Commission: Excellent, uncapped commission with achievable targets, expected to bring total earnings of over £53,000 in your first year (and beyond), • Holiday: 20 days + an additional 8 days per year for hitting quarterly targets, plus public holidays, • Working Environment: Positive, supportive team with hybrid working options (work from home), • Career Development: Opportunities for further training and career growth., • Car allowance and mileage paid for using your own car. The Role This is a consultative sales role, where your focus will be on helping clients solve their problems, improve their operations, and meet their environmental goals—rather than using high-pressure tactics. You’ll be engaging with businesses to identify their cleaning needs, make appointments, and deliver solutions that make a real difference in their day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include: • Lead Generation: Open doors, make calls, and build relationships with potential clients, • Consultative Sales: Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and make recommendations, • Client Interaction: Ensure the client’s needs are met, and their buildings are kept spotless and safe, • Use of CRM: Manage your contacts and sales through Monday.com What We’re Looking For • Character: We want someone with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, • Sales Skills: Comfortable making calls, presenting, and building rapport with clients, • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and stay driven to achieve targets Interviews will be held in Yorkshire, starting next week.
