You must have previous experience as a barista ( Latte art is a plus) :) You must have previous experience as a shop assistant/ shop keeper and passion about food and drink produce. Your duties will be as follows: - Greeting guests and customers who enter the shop - Provide Excellent Food and Drink standards - Be involved in stock control and management - Assisting guests to find the goods and products they are looking for - Being responsible for processing cash and card payments - Stocking shelves with merchandise - Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor or manager - Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers - Balancing cash registers with receipts - Keeping the store tidy and clean( this includes hoovering and mopping) - Responsible dealing with customer complaints - Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays We are offer a very competitive pay rate, discounted food for staff and monthly bonus based on sales targets.
