We're currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Chef de Rang (Senior Waiter) at Le Beaujolais, a private member's club located in the heart of London, England. As a Chef de Rang at Le Beaujolais, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our esteemed members and guests. Your main duties will include setting up in the morning for service. Maintaining relationships with guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience. To succeed in this role, you must have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is necessary. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also be expected to assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and handling payments from customers.
