We are seeking a dedicated Food Processing Operative to join our team in our smoked salmon factory in Chalk Farm NW1. This role involves working within a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring that all products meet stringent safety and quality standards. This role offers an engaging environment for those passionate about food manufacturing, with opportunities to develop new skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Trim, clean, debone and package smoked salmon.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Accurately weigh products to ensure correct dispatch quantities.
- Flexible team player, willing to support other areas of production as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic English language skills.
- Valid ID (Passport) and Right to Work in the UK.
- Previous experience in food production/manufacturing with knife skill.
- Proactive and positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing manual handling duties.
- Punctual and able to travel to Chalk Farm (NW1) within a reasonable time to start work.

- Monday - Friday
- 4.30am - 12.30pm

Salary : ~£26500 per annum
