We are looking for someone who passionate about the hospitality industry with experience in beer, cocktails and food service. Being 10 mins walk from Tottenham Stadium the idea candidate will also have experience in fast paced event service. We are a small growing pub company that will be looking to open new sites and offer the opportunity to grow and progress with the company.

The role As a Bar Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Bar Manager to run the day-to-day bar operation at Brasserie Olivia.
