We are looking for a seasoned Programme/Project Controls Manager to lead teams to deliver world class controls services to our clients (including cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting). You will collaborate closely with our client and internal project management team, supporting various cross-functional teams to implement effective project controls related to scope, time, cost, and quality. Reporting to the PMO Director, you will ensure that all deliverables and outputs meet both contractual and business standards. Your role is crucial in keeping projects within their approved time and cost limits, ensuring alignment with the client's strategy and budget. You will assist the Project Director and the delivery team, building strong relationships and providing performance insights. By promoting consistent and comprehensive measures, you will track progress, successes, and areas needing attention. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of critical network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, intranets, and CNI/SCADA systems. Key Responsibilities: • Analyse organizational IT infrastructure needs, design network architecture (LAN, WAN, intranets, SCADA/CNI), and present solutions to management., • Assess network traffic, capacity, and speed requirements; recommend load balancing, segmentation, and optimization strategies., • Identify, configure, and maintain required hardware (Routers, Switches, Firewalls) and software (drivers, VPNs, DNS)., • Implement and monitor network security measures, ensure compliance with audit standards, policies, and government regulations (ISO, CNI, SCADA, cybersecurity protocols).
