We offer an amazing work culture of kindness and support, with great benefits and perks! * What you'll be doing: • Leading and motivating your team through high-volume service - staying calm, decisive and positive when it counts., • Coaching team members in the moment; spotting gaps, giving feedback, and actively developing people's skills., • Taking full accountability for the shift - standards, pace, guest experience, and operational performance., • Handling customer feedback and on-shift challenges with composure and good judgement., • Communicating clearly and confidently with both your team and with management., • Ensuring food safety, hygiene and atis standards are upheld at all times., • Being the go-to person your team can rely on - leading by example in everything you do., • Supporting the management team with stock taking, stock control and the ordering of stock. * You'll thrive here if you have / are: • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment., • Someone who leads by example - rolling up their sleeves while keeping an eye on the bigger picture., • A genuine enjoyment for interacting with people; colleagues and customers.
