Job Title: Healthcare Trainer

We are seeking a Healthcare Trainer to deliver high-quality training to staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.


Key Responsibilities:


Deliver Care Certificate training and support staff with competency, care planning, and risk assessment.
Provide First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), including CPR training.
Develop and update training materials in line with current regulations and best practices.
Assess staff competencies and evaluate training effectiveness.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.


Requirements:


2–3 years’ experience delivering training in the care sector.
Qualified to deliver Care Certificate and relevant training programs.
Train the Trainer certification.
First Aid and BLS certified.
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
