Job summary We are a 9 doctor practice based in Wandsworth London. We are looking for an experienced Care Navigator with previous GP experience who is a friendly and enthusiastic person, to join our team. The right candidate will have excellent customer service and a willingness to learn. The main duties include welcoming patients, answering and navigating phone calls ,dealing with online incoming queries. Filing, photocopying and scanning, processing and issuing prescriptions, providing support to the whole practice team to ensure efficient and effective running of the practice. Main duties of the job You must have excellent customer service as you will be the first point of contact for patients. You must have enthusiasm and motivation to learn and be able to work within a team. You must be able to present yourself in a professional manner and be able to communicate confidently whilst showing care towards patients. Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
