We are looking for a talented, passionate and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working with quality produce, takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a professional kitchen team with high standards. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of their section and contributes to a positive, organised and disciplined kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of your section, ensuring consistency, quality and presentation., • Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant's standards, following recipes and specifications., • Work confidently with seasonal British produce, including game and other quality ingredients., • Ensure mise en place is prepared efficiently and to the correct standard before service., • Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times., • Manage stock rotation, storage, labelling and waste control., • Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation throughout service., • Communicate effectively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and the wider kitchen team., • Support and guide junior chefs, helping them develop their skills and knowledge., • Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment., • Contribute to menu preparation, new ideas and continuous improvement where appropriate., • Remain calm, focused and organised during busy services. What We Are Looking For • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant., • Strong cooking skills and a good understanding of professional kitchen operations., • A genuine passion for food, seasonal ingredients and British cuisine., • Knowledge of game preparation and cooking techniques is an advantage., • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail., • The ability to manage your section independently and maintain high standards under pressure., • A proactive attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability., • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team., • A willingness to support, train and develop junior members of the brigade., • A professional attitude towards food safety, hygiene and kitchen discipline.
