We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Chef to join our culinary team. As a Junior Chef, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting kitchen environment, assisting in the preparation and creation of delicious dishes. ```Duties```

Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards
Help with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
Ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and rotated
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
Assist in plating dishes and ensuring they meet presentation standards
Support in inventory management and stock control

```Qualifications```

Basic knowledge of Korean food, and/or previous experience with Korean food
Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic understanding of food safety regulations and practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
