We are seeking a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our team in a bustling kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and possess strong leadership abilities to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service.
Duties:


  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production
  • Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Support in training and developing kitchen team members
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative dishes while adhering to food safety standards
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
  • Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations including food production and preparation
  • Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills for team management and collaboration
