We are seeking a dedicated team member whose primary responsibilities will include preparing sandwiches, managing ingredient preparation, preparing breakfast and lunch from the menu ,and maintaining a clean kitchen. Additionally, during slower periods, this role will involve assisting with inventory management and supporting the front-of-house staff by washing cups and providing general assistance as needed.

Your Responsibility: - Ensure a timely and thorough cleaning cycle for all crockery, cutlery, and other kitchenware. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including pots, pans, and other equipment for the Chefs use. - Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to create a secure working environment. - To ensure the smooth running of these areas you need good organization skills and ability to avoid a backlog of washing-up.
