This senior role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, oversee the rota, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness. Health, Safety and Hygiene ○ Support completing company checklists diligently and in a timely manner. ○ To ensure that all health & safety policies, hygiene processes and company systems are followed – you are responsible to flag anything that could affect yours or another team member’s (or customer’s) wellbeing to your manager immediately. ○ To ensure that all food/ingredients stock is managed following a FIFO (first in first out) system.
