As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth and hygienic operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include: • Prep Work: Assisting our chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients., • Kitchen Cleaning: Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment., • Maintenance: Keeping work surfaces, floors, and storage areas clean and organized to maintain a high standard of food safety and efficiency., • Support: Providing general support to the kitchen team as needed.
