Maintaining accurate records of office activities, supplier contracts, and administrative files. Overseeing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels. Assisting in the organization and execution of office events, conferences, or special projects. Coordinating with building management for maintenance needs. Acting as a liaison between vendors, service providers, and the family office to ensure seamless operations. Required Skills and Knowledge To excel in this role, we expect a combination of organisational capabilities, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with professional office environments is essential. The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience in a similar Office Manager, Receptionist, or administrative role.
