Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety standards. Accurately handle cash and card transactions. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience, ideally in a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques. Proficiency in making a variety of milkshakes, from classic to inventive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for providing great service. Looking for a Cocktail Bar Tender to join our bar team at Harry's Bar & Dining Room in London EC4. Small family company, must be able to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays/Mondays when required. We are closed weekends. Must have knowledge of mixing cocktails, serving drinks to the customers and keeping the bar clean, amongst other duties. - 28 days holiday pro rata - pension - meal on duty - friendly team (and customers!) Restaurant Receptionist required Monday to Friday for our family run restaurant and bar in London EC4. We are looking for someone to fit into our team and work alongside the managers, assisting in the smooth running of the business. General reception duties to include using our Opentable System, administrative tasks, taking care of customers and assisting in all areas of the restaurant. Experience in a similar position would be advantageous. Hours to be Monday to Friday approx 9 – 5, (two of these days working until 7.00pm normally Tuesday and Thursday). Salary will be in the region of £35,000 pa including tronc dependent on experience. Please note this will be paid as hourly pay of £12.00 plus an hourly pay of tronc at approx £5.00 per hour.
