Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at REMOLI in Westfield Stratford. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Tasks include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing creative ideas for menu development. The Sous Chef will work closely with the culinary team to deliver exquisite pasta dishes and uphold REMOLI's culinary standards.
