We're looking for passionate and energetic Front of House Team Members to join our team as Bartenders & Waiting Staff, helping us create memorable dining experiences in one of Soho's most vibrant restaurants. The Role As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering warm, professional, and attentive service. Whether you're behind the bar crafting drinks or on the restaurant floor looking after guests, you'll be part of a team dedicated to exceptional hospitality. You will: • Welcome guests with a friendly and engaging attitude., • Deliver outstanding table service and ensure every guest has a memorable experience., • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard., • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently., • Work closely with the FOH team to ensure smooth service., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout the venue., • Support colleagues during busy service periods and contribute to a positive team environment. We're looking for candidates who: • Have at least 1–2 years' experience in a busy restaurant, or hospitality environment., • Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service., • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills., • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail., • Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn., • Previous experience with Asian cuisine is desirable but not essential., • Hold the legal right to work in the UK.
