Ciao! Franco Manca, the Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef for our pizzeria in Reading. We offer great rates of pay and all staff share their tips.
Since our 2008 opening in Brixton’s market, we have created an amazing reputation by using nothing but the freshest ingredients to produce our traditional Neapolitan sourdough Pizzas. Our menu has just 7 pizzas and specials which change daily, sourcing only the top quality ingredients from local suppliers. Our Pizzaiolo use traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven techniques to cook our classic pizzas at 500 degrees for 45 seconds.
As a kitchen porter experience is not essential, but you will be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards and have the ability to clearly communicate with the Head Chef.
