This role involves assisting in various aspects of production, including preparing fillings, assembling empanadas, making dough, and producing empanada discs using a Rondo machine.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the machine for the production of empanada discs.
Assist in preparing fillings and assembling empanadas.
Ensure product quality and consistency.
Conduct quality control checks on the products and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Make dough and prepare empanada discs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food production (preferred).
Ability to work well within a team and strong attention to detail.
Proactive and responsible attitude.
** Must be available to work on Saturdays.**
