We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to taken on our small kitchen at Dirty Martini Monument in The City of London.


This kitchen role is a one man band operation with the Kitchen Supervisor responsible for all aspects of the kitchen including -

  • stock counts
  • stock orders/ stock control
  • due diligence (Food Safety/ Health & Safety)
  • kitchen cleanliness
  • food prep/ food delivery
  • food standards

This role will suit someone that is working in a similar role and we will only contact candidates with that experience, based in London with the right to work in the UK with no Visa restrictions.


We offer a small plates menu, brunch menu and corporate canapé style menu for large corporate bookings.


The weekly shifts consist of 5 days a week (35 hours)

  • Monday - Stock Count/ Orders 10am - 5pm
  • Tuesday - OFF
  • Wednesday - 4pm to 10pm
  • Thursday - 4pm to 10pm
  • Friday - 4pm to 10pm
  • Saturday - 1pm to 10pm

this rota may fluctuate a little depending on bookings and private events.


We offer £13.50 to £14.50 per hour depending on your experience plus service charge.
