This is not a specialist trade role. We need someone who is genuinely multi-skilled and able to take ownership of maintaining our portfolio of residential properties. You'll be trusted to diagnose problems, carry out repairs to a high standard, and keep properties safe, compliant and ready for occupation. No two days are the same. You could be repairing a leaking pipe in the morning, installing a fire door in the afternoon, and decorating a property the following day.
