Job Title: Landscaping Team Leader
Location: We cover the North West region within an hours trave time
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per year, depending on experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm

Kirman Design is an award-winning garden design and landscaping company creating high-quality gardens across the North West. We're looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organised Landscape Team Leader to lead our installation teams and deliver exceptional standards on every project.
This is not a role for someone looking to simply "get the job done." We're looking for a professional who takes genuine pride in craftsmanship, enjoys leading by example and wants to be part of a company that refuses to compromise on quality.
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of landscaping projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the exceptionally high standards Kirman Design is known for.
You will lead your team on site, communicate with clients professionally, solve problems as they arise and ensure projects are delivered on time without compromising quality.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of landscapers on high-end residential projects.
- Reading and working from landscape plans and construction drawings.
- Organising daily workloads and motivating your team.
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and presentation.
- Ensuring machinery, tools and company vehicles are looked after.
- Promoting a positive, professional working environment.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hard landscaping.
- Previous experience leading a team.
- Excellent practical skills including paving, walling, timber work and general landscaping.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual and highly motivated.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in producing outstanding work.
