
We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented Chefs to join our founding team in London Fields. You will be the engine of our kitchen, working directly with our Head Chef to produce a high-quality, "made-from-scratch" menu.
This isn't a standard burger flip job. We grind our own meat blends and emulsify our own sauces daily. We need chefs who take pride in the "prep" as much as the "service."
What You’ll Be Doing
The Build: Executing consistent, high-standard burgers during fast-paced services.
The Prep: Assisting the Head Chef with daily production of in-house sauces, pickles, and meat preparation.
The Standard: Maintaining a clean, organized station and following strict food safety (HACCP) guidelines.
The Team: Working collaboratively to ensure every tray that leaves the pass is perfect.
Who You Are
Experienced: Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen is a plus. (burger or grill experience is a big plus).
Precision-Focused: You understand that the difference between a good burger and a great one is consistency.
Reliable: You show up ready to go and thrive under the pressure of a busy London Fields weekend.
Passionate: You actually care about food quality and want to learn the "how" and "why" behind our recipes.
