Job Description
We are a family-run bakery based in London with a rich history of traditional French baking. We are excited to announce that we will be developing two new income streams in the next few months, and we are currently in the preparation phase.
We are looking for a talented freelancer to take on the role of Marketing Manager with experience in graphic design for this project. The scope of work includes enhancing our brand awareness both digitally and physically. Specifically, we need someone who can:

  • Design the new sections on our website/booking system
  • Create branded campaigns and advertisements for SM and Google ads, working with our current PR and CRM manager
  • Design posters and indoor/outdoor signage
  • Communication Design, come up with strategic launch campaign
  • Keep up to date with the design of the new website and find strategic plan to increase online sales (such as seasonality)
  • Strategic plan to target offices.

Our goal is to create an unforgettable customer experience, and we believe that a strong marketing strategy and captivating design are crucial to achieving this.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a marketing designer or in a similar role.
Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design and successful marketing campaigns.
Experience with website design and management.
Knowledge and experience in the Hospitality industry is a must
Skills:
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in web design tools and platforms (Shopify).
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to create cohesive and visually appealing branding materials.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Creativity and an eye for detail.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for managing social media campaigns.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure the success of campaigns.
Personal Attributes:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for working in a creative and dynamic environment.
Passion for food and an understanding of the bakery industry is a plus.
Extra credit for:
Experience working with hospitality or food-related businesses.
Familiarity with printing processes and materials for creating physical marketing materials (e.g., posters, signage).
Knowledge of customer experience strategies and how to implement them in marketing campaigns.
