We are looking for a passionate** Hotel Receptionist** to join our wonderful team at Merit Kensington Hotel, our elegant 4 star boutique hotel in Earl’s Court.

- Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Completing a seamless check in and check out service for all our guests.
- To act as a point of contact for all guests, helping and offering them efficient customer service, identifying their needs as well as product knowledge
- Ensure the correct handling of guest messages, mail and packages.
- To know details of the day’s arrivals, identify priority guests, VIPs and ensuring their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly.
