We are an established electrical company seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day office tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth operations.


Responsibilities:


Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Schedule appointments and coordinate with electricians
Maintain records, invoices, and office documentation
Assist with payroll, quotations, and basic bookkeeping
Provide general administrative support to the team




Requirements:


Previous experience in office/admin work preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and customer service mindset
