Facilities Mangagement (Soft Services) • 51-250 empleados

Wise FM Group is a fast-growing UK facilities management company delivering cleaning and security for commercial buildings nationwide — and we do things differently. No account managers hiding behind emails: our senior leaders visit sites every week, know every cleaner and guard by name, and back them properly. We’re a Living Wage employer, we employ people directly rather than through agencies, every hour you work is tracked and paid on the 5th of each month, and we invest in training (BICSc for cleaning, SIA-licensed supervision for security). We’re building a team that takes pride in well-run buildings and gets recognised for it. If you want to work somewhere that’s small enough to know you and ambitious enough to grow with you, we’d love to hear from you.
