Operations Administrator & Personal Assistant – Zero Hour Contract (Remote)


We’re looking for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Key duties include:

  • Calendar and appointment management
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating virtual meetings and calls
  • Conducting online research and preparing summaries
  • Managing emails, calls, and communications
  • Maintaining electronic files
  • Taking meeting minutes and following up on actions
  • Supporting basic HR and finance admin (timesheets, invoices, expenses)

Experience in legal, events, bookings, finance (accounting/investment), or secretarial roles is a requirement due to the varied nature of the role.
