As a Personal Trainer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations to identify client goals and needs.
- Designing and delivering customized, safe, and effective exercise programs.
- Providing consistent motivation, guidance, and support to help clients achieve optimal results.
- Educating clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition principles, and sustainable healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and fostering a positive, energetic training environment.
- Contributing to client retention and overall gym success.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Personal Trainer certification level 2 and level 3
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and exercise science.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and build rapport.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
