As we have a flexible and wide variety of skills with our core staff, people with experience in either pasta, grill, pizza or cold plates will be considered. This role is Monday - Saturday starting 7am and ending at 12pm = 5 hours in total each day. We are looking for a skilled Jamaican chef who can cook Jamaican/Caribbean dishes and already has knowledge and skills in doing so.

One of our sister companies will be opening a paella stall from Monday to Wednesday in Sw1P 2hp. We are looking for a chef with experience in cooking large paellas to manage and cook 2-3 large paellas a day at this stall. Hours will be between 9am-3pm.
