Experience Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Experience in menu planning, food production, and cost control is highly desirable. A passion for culinary arts with a creative approach to developing new dishes. We have a seasonal menu that we regularly change and we work with fantastic suppliers. We are a small, friendly team working in an open plan kitchen that allows for a great working relationship with front of house.
