SOEC Recruitment is a new, independent early years staffing agency looking for qualified, experienced Level 3 practitioners to join our growing team.
We're building something a little different. Our aim is to provide nurseries with a reliable team of skilled professionals who bring their knowledge, experience and enthusiasm into every setting they support.

What we're looking for:
- A full and relevant Level 3 early years qualification or above
- Experience working in nursery or early years settings
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Confidence adapting to different environments
- A professional, reliable and caring approach
- A genuine commitment to high-quality early years education
About the role
You'll provide temporary cover in nurseries and early years settings, supporting existing teams, maintaining safe and engaging environments and ensuring children receive consistently high standards of care.
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, qualification verification and right to work checks.
