Our story Back in 2019 in Paris, two friends, Charles and Victor, opened a brasserie together - the kind of place Parisians disappear into for a 3 hour lunch. The role As a Host / Hostess, you'll be the first person our guests meet when they arrive at Brasserie Olivia. You'll welcome and seat our guests, manage reservations and walk-ins using the SevenRooms platform. You'll work closely with the floor team to keep tables moving and make the most of every service. You'll keep an eye on what's happening across the restaurant, communicate with the team and jump in to help reset or prepare tables when needed. Most importantly, you'll make sure every guest receives a warm welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.
