About the role As our Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development at our Teesside site. The L&D Manager will collaborate with leadership, HR, and departmental teams to identify training needs, drive engagement, and promote best practices in learning and development. You’ll lead, develop & deliver the Teesside Education and Training (E&T) Pillar and Master Plan focusing on increasing capability and creating a coaching culture to reduce losses and achieve site ambitions.
