- Ensure that store operations, policies, and procedures are followed consistently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
